The roads covering a length of about 46kms, which were in a very bad condition due to improper maintenance have been upgraded and the Entrepreneurs and other beneficiaries are now enjoying better roads

The roads in Peenya Industrial Zone have now been installed with 175 street lights under this project for better lighting providing security and easy movement of workers particularly the women employees after late working hours.

To facilitate proper traffic movement and commuter convenience, 23 numbers of Bus Shelters were proposed to be constructed. This component is yet to be completed.

To maintain better ecology and green environment, a park in 3.5 acres is developed at NTTF Circle for the benefit of the workers and other users of Peenya. This place now depicts the importance accorded to environmental issues in Peenya Industrial Area.

For better cleanliness of ht Industrial Area and scientific disposal of the Solid Waste generated by the industries, the Solid Waste Management Project is established near TVS cross. This project established in an area of about 4 acres needs to be taken further upgradation.

These facilities aimed at improving the technical competence of the Industries in Peenya are established at 2nd Main, 2nd State, Peenya Industrial Estate. Some of the machineries and equipments have been procured. However the commissioning is delayed. Once fully equipped, this facility will be of immense value to Industries in Peenya.

These components are being established at VITC Export Bhavan in 4th Phase, Peenya with necessary infrastructure for enhancing the Entrepreneurial excellence and proving Information and Marketing Assistance to the beneficiaries for developing / expanding their markets.

To provide better living conditions for the working women employees in Peenya, particularly for the physically and visually challenged, a full fledged hostel with accommodation for about 150 women employees is established in 2nd Stage Peenya.
